GAMING RULES

‘Playup’ deducts for overheads, taxes, profits etc. from each available pool using the following percentages:

• Internet & SMS play – 62.5%
• Premium rate SMS play – 50.0%

‘Playup’ will round up any winnings that are a fraction of a cent to a whole cent. ie. £10.33333 will be rounded up to £10.34.

‘Playup’ will roll over any pool amounts that have not been won in a particular pool competition to the next available pool competition ie. 6UP pool amounts will only be rolled into further 6UP pool competitions.

‘Playup’ specifies in its terms and conditions that any prize won must be claimed within 12 months of that particular competition. It is acknowledged that the person has ‘claimed’ their prize at the time they have validated their win within the ‘Playup’ website at the “Collect Winnings” link. All ‘unclaimed’ prizes will be referred to RIGT (Responsibility in Gambling Trust).
